“Great book! Inspiring as well as enlightening. Once you start reading this
book it is difficult to put it down. Each chapter takes the reader on an
enlightening journey of self-discovery, explaining complex theoretical
concepts with day-to-day examples that help the reader to understand the
lesson being taught.

This is a rare English translation of a qigong lecture given by Prof Pang Ming, founder of Zhineng Qigong in the early 1990s at the Huaxia Centre, to students attending a short-term course. Of the audience, 80% were patients, most of whom had illnesses that couldn’t be cured by conventional Western or Traditional Chinese Medicine. Not everyone who attended such courses had the privilege of attending a lecture given by Pang Laoshi personally, and recordings of these lectures were played to students in later courses. The original recordings were recorded in tapes, then digitised into VCDs. Due to subsequent turn of events in China, the original masters were destroyed. This package of 2 DVDs (approximately 3 hours) of the original lecture recorded in VCD quality but now slightly enhanced with English subtitle (DVD quality) + One Book (English) delves deep into the depths of Zhineng Qigong. Included are three bonus videos (again with original footages in VCD quality but slightly enhanced with English English subtitle (DVD quality):
